The Optimists awarded at the Norwegian film festival

Skofteland Film and director Gunhild Westhagen Magnor won the Ray of Sunshine statuette for the heart-warming documentary The Optimists, as the only Norwegian award winner.

The Ray of Sunshine
The Ray of Sunshine went to Gunhild Westhagen Magnor’s documentary The Optimists, about  the volleyball ladies in Hamar aged 66 to 98. The jury states that The Optimists, which is distributed by Norsk Filmdistribusjon, is an exceptionally humane and heart-warming film, whose theatrical release deserves to reach a wide audience.

– We were never in doubt that this film was an obvious winner, the jury members write and follow up with:

– It gives us the belief that spirit, courage and a big helping of self-irony will make life much better.  This is a film where the audience laugh, smile and cry, so: a real Ray of Sunshine.

The jury for The Ray of Sunshine consisted of Jury President Elisabeth Dahl from Lillesand kino, Erlend Serigstad from Bryne kino, Espen Pedersen from Norsk kino and Christin Berg from Oslo kino. The statuette has been made after Fritz Røed’s sculpture «Gledessprederen» (“The Ray of Sunshine”) and is given by the bank DNB.

Externally, the boil presents itself as a swelling in the skin, which protrudes upon the surface layer.

Throughout Southeast Asia, Theravada Buddhist monks also wear orange robes.
Traditionally Anago has been used for cleansing from head to toe

or even older, can expand acne.

Aw, this was a ffpovv very nice post. In thought I would like to put in writing like this moreover – taking time and actual effort to make a very good article… however what can I say… I procrastinate alot and by no means appear to get something done.

Hi,

We are a travel channel, we are coming to Norway to do a travel documentary on Norway. We are covering Northern Lights.
You guys are into film making so i have a request that i expect from you is to share some contacts of independent photographers or filmmakers whom i can ask for camera and lens on rent for 10 days from 19th March to 28th of March next month.
We have our own Red Digital Cine camera setup for filming Norway but what i am looking for is a DSLR that helps us to film Northern Lights.
I have tried some rental agencies in Norway and i have hardly found a single who fulfills our need.
We need below mentioned equipment for the same:

Please find below the list of equipment:-

Sony a7-SII Camera – Unit 1( complete camera kit )
Memory Card – Unit 2
Battery Grip – Unit 1(extra hours power supply for filming Northern lights) or any other grip suggestion from you,
Card Reader – Unit 1
Sigma 20mm F/1.4 Art lens – Unit 1 or any similar wide speed lens

It would be a great initiate to promote Norway globally.

Looking forward to hearing from you again!

I’m amazed, I must say. Seldom do I encounter a blog
that’s both educative and interesting, and let me tell you, you have hit the nail on the head.
The issue is something that not enough men and women are speaking intelligently about.
I am very happy that I found this in my hunt for something concerning this.
